I really like Demetria.
I don't particulary like Ceres, simply because I think of beers, since we have a beer brand called 'Ceres' in Denmark. So no can do for me at all.
But for how to pronounce the name above, I/we pronounce it as SEE-res here in DK.
I can't answer the last question, since I can't know being a Dane.
