I love these names, they are so great and sound really nice together. Arabella and Estella (or Stella) have just about ending sound so they may be thought of as themey but I really like them together.
Arabella is so beautiful! I would be more likely to choose Arabella Ruby because it's so pretty and flows well, and Noor is a little bit more edgey for me, but it's nice. I don't really like Noor Arabella, Arabella Noor flows much nicer imo.
Estella is very sweet, and I like it a bit better than Stella. If you are a bit worried about Arabella and Estella are too themey together I would use Arabella and Estelle or what about Jane Estella? I really like Estella Pearl and Stella Jane a lot but not so much Lavender and Monica.
Oliver is so strong and masculine and almost regal and scholary. Oliver Milo is a really adoable combo and Oliver Miles would also be nice. My combo is Oliver Maxwell, WDYT?
