its okay, very common, and a bit boring IMO sorry. William is nice.
William Cade flows better. Which is very handsome, William is underused as a first name. I don't see it often where as Cade I see a lot of.

William Cade sounds nice too, but William is number 11 on the most popular list and Cade at 285, so I felt like William was too overused. William is a family name that we are sure we will use, we just aren't sure how yet. I love nn Will, but DH hates it.

Good luck! :) I guess it depends where you live? lol. I've seen tons of baby Cades popping up. I don't see many Williams, hehe go figure?

I used to love this name, but for some reason I've gone off it quite a bit, but cade william sound ok.

I love the name Cade...definitely one of my top three favorites! Cade William makes a very nice combo--great choice imo :-)
