The Smithson's are having another daughther! Elodie would like to give this daughter another virtue name, but this time as a first name (not Hope, Faith or Grace). Her middle name should be French.

Grant and Mel have decided to adopt again. They have found a little girl in India who needs a home. Sean and Mari are thrilled at the idea of a new addition, and although Jo-Jo and Izzy are both pre-occupied with playing in the mud most of the time, Charlotte is very excited - she is quite the little mother, always wanting to look after Nathaniel. Mel would like the baby to have an Indian name that wouldn't sound out of place in an English-speaking country, or one that can have a nickname that would fit in with the other children. Charlotte wants the new baby to have a 'princess' middle name.

Susie is expecting twins again! The older set of twins, Evie and Liam, are very excited, and would like to help name the girls, though Susie has put her foot down about the idea of using cartoon character names again! This time the twins have decided that they would like one of their little sisters to have the initials ZJ, and one to have the initials KS, after their aunties, Zara Jane and Kylie Sharlene (though Jiang doesn't want their names to be used). Susie would like them to have a third, Chinese middle name.

There are two babies arriving in the Willow-Branch house this year! Kyle was initially sceptical about adopting, but he adores Erin and Nola, and he and Elisabeth have decided to adopt again. They have found a little boy, also from Ireland, who was orphaned at only 10 days old. His name is Patrick, and they would like to keep this as a middle name, but give him a more uncommon first name, hopefully an Irish one (though one that will be easy for their other children to spell and pronounce).
Harriet has also revealed her shock pregnancy this year! If they have a son, her boyfriend wants to name the baby Victor Humphrey III, after his grandfather (Victor Humphrey II). Harriet hates both names, and the nn Vic, and will only agree to use it if they can come up with a better nickname. If the baby is a girl, Harriet would like to have quite an old-fashioned name like her own, that isn't particularly popular today, and Dylan would like her middle name to be mythological.
