I think it's fabulous. Ray and Rae are pretty much my favourite names. Ever. They're so important to me, and I think they could be equally so for you. :)

None of the combos you listed really strike me as the perfect combo, but Rosemary Rae is neat (and one I hadn't thought of!). Adria Rae seems the least workable, IMO--the R's are too close together and difficult to say. Some other ideas:
