I would personally as I really like the nicknames Tom, Sam and Charlie or Lottie but all the full names are very nice too so it just depends really on whether you like the nicknames enough. I know a Thomas and a Samuel who are always called by their full names so it's not a foregone conclusion that they'll just get nicknames anyway.
