I love Emily, even though it's popular. (I don't think popularity alone is a good reason to reject a name; trendiness, yes, popularity, no.) I prefer the English spelling, though I wouldn't mind Emelie on someone with Swedish heritage.
I like Lily Amelia very much. I'm not keen on Phoebe Aurora. Both of those names sound slightly childish to me; not so much so that they couldn't be used on their own paired with a more solid name, but enough that I don't like the way the combo works together.
Emelie Grace doesn't appeal to me at all, no matter how Emilie/Emily is spelled. Unless Grace is a family name, I wouldn't use it. It's extremely common as a middle name now; it's the new Rose.
