No, not a good name.
It's like Chastity--it's only going to be true for so long (assuming we're thinking of "pristine" sexually, and inevitably that's where my mind jumps) and afterwards, it'll sound like a joke.
Alternatives: Priscilla, Faustine, Prisca, Priya, Christine, Justine.
