I think its cute, but I presonally would never think to use it as a fully name. A 30 year old man trying to get a professional job with the name Quincy? I dont know...cute for a toddler, even a teenager or as a nn for college, but as a man, I would want something more grown up. Its kind of immature.
What about Quinton or something with the nn Quincy, therefore if he wanted something a little more mature sounding, he could use his full name. Or, even though I hate it as a full name, even Quinn would work and could still use Quincy.
As a mn, I still think its immature on an adult, but decent. I like Miles Quincy the best.
