[Opinions] Re: Abigail
in reply to a message by Sara Ruth
Abigail / Abigael was one of the Hebrew names I found masculine and not pretty, along with Yocheved (wrongly listed here as Jochebed), Yael... Now I find them strong and full of personality, and I like the Biblical historical characters. I still have problems with finding Ruth (root) feminine though, although I love the Biblical person. lol
For the mns, what about:
Abigail Miriam
Abigail Rose
Abigail Faith
Abigail Lilia
Abigail Tova
Abigail Sarah
Abigail Malka
Abigail Dora
Abigail Buena
Abigail Gilda
Abigail Bella
Abigail Esther
Abigail Batyah
Abigail Hannah
Abigail Nevia
Abigail Nechama (nekh-a-ma)
Abigail Necha (nekh-a)
Abigail Olga (name of one of my ancestresses :) )
Abigail Hinda
Abigail Azura (ah-zoo-ra)
Abigail Raisel (reye-zul)
Abigail Hadassah
Abigail Shaindel (shine-dul)
What kind of mns do you want? Jewish or not, Hebrew or Yiddish...?
