I would guess that the girls were born around the turn of the century in the United States.DD: Lucida Margaret
DD: Eldora Jean (or Eldora Charlotte)

DD: Eldora Mabel - Eldora Mae and Eldora Charlotte would also work.

The names sound pretty old-fashioned, but nice. I'd say that Lucida was seventeen, Eldora was fifteen and Regina was twelve - loosely. I don't really have any definite ages. They would be from London, probably the late 1800s to early 1900s time period.MNs that would work for them:Charlotte
