You must pronounce veal in a way I haven't heard before! I would sound the final "l" in a way similar to the ending of ville in French, which has to be sounded because otherwise it would be confused with "vie"!

I think it very much depends on the country in which your language originates. Different languages pronounce it in different ways. Another pronunciation not on your list is VEE.
More or less like veal.
