No. You can't split the name up between the twins.
For example:
The name given to you was William Aubrey.
Twin 1 could be Wade Anthony (kept the initials but changed the names).
Twin 2 could be William Charles (kept the fn but changed the mn).
Essentially, you treat each twin as a separate person. You use the same name for both, but you can use different naming rules.
