I'm guessing...
that these names were from a middle class area. I've heard them described as 'Boho' names- the parents want to sound unusual, but 'posh' at the same time. These are the type of names that turn up in private daycare nurseries, rather than public ones.

Yep! Though i find it strange that they named their kids Imke and Isobel..one is Dutch, the other isn't...i wonder how they pronounce Isobel (with and accent or not)...O well
Will Hugo be getting really popular again? i think so!
I like Jago too, only i don't know if i should pr. it Ja-go, or Jay-go...Do love sibset Milo and Jago..perfect!
And i do find Posy a bit strange, but if her full name is Josephine, than i love it..
