I like Cayden for a girl, but I prefer the spelling Kayden or Kadyn for a girl. I know of two little girls named Kayden, both go by Kadie. It's quite cute.
I think enviable that Caden will become a unisex name if not go to the girls. Kayden already is ranked #627 for girls on the 2005 SS list.
