[Opinions] Re: Sabrina?
in reply to a message by r
I was actually just thinking about this name, how I'd love to give it to a child right now! Yes, Sabrina the Teenage Witch comes to mind, but so does a babysitter I had, a counselor at a camp I went to, and my friend's cat. So not only The Teenage Witch comes to mind for me. Plus people say I look like her, and that's cool, hehe.I really love the name. It's pretty, but not too common. I think I'd love to have a little girl named Sabrina and call her "Bean." Hmm, for a story, I don't think it screams Teenage Witch. It's a recognized name, and it is heard in other places. There are somethings that are only attached to one character (like Hermione-Harry Potter, or Elphaba-Wicked). But it's a name that works in real life on a normal person, and would therefor be believable on a character. So, go for it!
