WDYT of Colette? It's really been growing on me the past few months. I'm liking the nickname Lettie, but I think it works fine without a nn, too.

Also, can you think of any combos with Colette as either a first or middle name? I could use some fresh ideas - I think I'm starting to get stuck in a cycle of the same old names.

When I was pregnant with my son 4 years ago, this was our agreed-upon girls name. A fabulous name. Dylan McDermott has a daughter by this name.

I forget which mns were in the running, but I seem to recall Elise being one of them.

I also like pairing a "J" mn with it because then you have the initials CJ.

I love Colette, it's beautiful. In my opinion, much better than Nicolette (Which I find kind of trashy. Maybe because of Nicolette Sheridan.)
