lol, no I didn't make Forsythia up. I've never heard it used as a name before, but I think it's a beautiful word and could easily be used as one.
It's the name of a yellow-flowered bush, and I just happen to have one in my front yard that's grown a lot since my childhood and drapes gracefully over my little fence. If you could see, you'd fall in love with it too (at least I have :-)

I think of Rowan, another type of tree. :-)
I LOVE Rowan!
Willow reads as two things: firstly, it's a nature name, and secondly, it's very soft sounding (to me, anyway). So, soft-sounding girls' nature names...
Meadow (very similar)
Laurel
Sage (unisex)
River (unisex)
Cedar (unisex)
Juniper
And some names that just seem arbitrarily similar to me...
Elsa
Tova
Jonah
Noah
Eden (unisex)
Rowan (unisex)
Any you like?
:)

You've mentioned this name before, and I haven't said this yet, but the name "Willow" makes me thinking of "weeping" and, therefore, sad. Also, she might be a kind of "natural child", like her parents are granolas.
So names that I'd say go with this impression might be:
River
Angel
Felicity (antonym)
Raven
Sebastian / Bastian (because Never Ending Story is sad)
I can't think of any other sad names right now, I may edit later ...

Love Bastian and Raven! (Raven on a boy ...)
