YES! I'm not the only one who'd name a kid after a musician! (I'm considering Simon after Paul Simon.)
Personally, I like Neil Robert or Neil Riley (but not together). Lazarus Neil is nice too but I'm not sure how that kid would get through school.

Oh, Simon has been on my list before, for that exact reason. Take a look at my favourites and you'll see several musical references, hehe.
