Elena is a beautiful name! I could definitely see you with an Elena and Isabel & Elena sound wonderful as sisters : )

I pronounce it as eh-LAY-na, and I prefer it over Natalia by far.

It's kind of funny you said that, because i know a sibset Elena and Isabel (i think its actually Isabelle) =)
