1. No, I would never use this for real on a child. Nyx (pronounced Nix?) means only "veto" in my mind (as in "sorry, but I have to nix that idea). Plus, the yx looks a little strange.

Logan Nyx (I really like the name Logan)
Lucius Nyx (Lucius means light, Nyx mean night, near opposites, and they rhyme)
Nigel Nyx (another movie star)
