i had a friend recently wanted this name and everyone disapproved mainly because we live near mexico where oona & Uno sound too similar...But its a very pretty sophisticated sounding name to me...it sounds exotic and fresh...i really like it

I think people are afraid of any "ethnic" sounding names (unless its italian for the flowery factor)...but love it in real life...maybe even secretly lol
