I like Cynthia better coz it reminds me of a little girl I used to look after in a daycare centre, she was really cute. I prefer Thia too, I'm not a huge fan of Cindy. :(

I also prefer Cynthia over Cecelia. Thia is a cute nickname.

I actually have a Cicelia so I obviously love the name. However, I will tell you that people will call her Ceci. I hate that nm too,and I NEVER use it, but everyone calls her that. All the neighborhood girls call her that. AND when she was first learning to talk, that is what she called herself. What do you do???? Sorry to put a damper on the name.
I also love the name Cynthia. We were tossing around that name for our second:)
