I think all the nns are fine, but I wouldn't use the name Delilah because of the person in the Bible.

Lily - Yup
Delia - Yup
Lila - Yup
Ally - Sorta a stretch, but not too bad. A common nickname to tack on to a beautiful name.
Delly (for a young child) - I prefer Della
Ellie - I can see it, but see Ally.
Addy - I don't really see this one. All the letters are there, but i'd save Addy for an Adeline, Addison or Adelle.

I personally think that all of the nicknames work. I dont have anyothers at the moment :) sorry. I still think Bethany is in style, but probally won't be in a few more years.
