The only one of those I don't like is Sara Alexandra, because I'm not an Alexandra fan really.
My sister's first name is Sarah, and for her confirmation name she chose Rebecca. I liked that combo.
Other possibilities:
Sara Catherine/Katherine
Sara Kate
Sara Emily
Sara Eleanor
