[Opinions] Marisol?
This name has been on my mind recently and I was just wondering if it was only me who liked it on a little girl. To me it's very classic and different without being obviously unique.
What does everyone think? Any mn suggestions? TIA!

It reminds me a bit of 'parasol', the umbrella thing, but otherwise it's quite nice.
Yalexi Marisol
was the baby I delivered last night. The parents were non-English- speakers and pronounced the Y more like a J. Dad (who was only 18) claimed Yalexi is a Mexican name that means "beloved." I had never heard of it.
By coincidence I also work with a nurse named Marisol. She's just a couple of years younger than me (meaning she's mid-30s), very pretty and vivacious. She's the only Marisol I have known personally, so of course she colors my perception of the name.

I never really thought about it before but I think it's lovely and very rare these days.I think names like Ann/Anna/Anya would be a good mn.
