Honestly I am very in shoke to see that Lviv, Rivne, Kyiv are on this list :| if any one who voted for them see this post can you tell me why you like these? Also I am kind of in surprise to see Vilnius and Vinnytsya...

Victoria is my favorite.
I like Victoria as a name and always have.

I'm disappointed Varshava has so few votes. I think that would be a beautiful Slavic-sounding name.
I think Bratislava would also be a pretty Slavic name... except the instinctive nickname would be "Brat." I guess Charli XcX reclaimed it, but I still don't think it's the best.
Vilnius sounds like an ancient Roman name, so that's why I voted for that one.
I don't really have an explanation for why I voted for Lviv. I just think it would sound good. Perhaps it's because it's similar in sound to Eve.
Rivne looks a lot like a real name, IMO, and most people aren't familiar with the city.

I wonder if Varshava would have gotten more votes if it weren't also listed as Warsaw. It reminds me a little of Varsha / Varshini (which I like).

Yeah, but I meant that Varshava might get more votes than Warsaw simply based on sound.

My name is Victoria, and I've been to multiple places called Victoria. I'm fine with it.
I like the sound of Kyiv, and I know Kiev has actually had a tiny bit of use as a name in the US. Berlin has had even more use in the US, but I don't really like the sound of it as a name.
Lviv, Vinnytsya, and Rivne I feel neutral about because I don't really have any associations with them and don't have strong feelings about the sound.
Vilnius and Bratislava I think sound bad in English due to negative word associations, especially Bratislava.

I like Victoria! I prefer Viktoriya, but I am just biased Slavic person.

Something like ki-yeev? Or kee-eev.
Kiev I've heard more like kee-ehv / kee-yev / kee-yevf.
Brat means rude child, or pronounced a different way, sausage.
Vilnius reminds me of villain/villainous, but that one's more distant an association and partly just because vil*n is an uncommon letter/sound combination.

Absolutely the only one I might consider would be Victoria. And even then I probably wouldn't use it, because I'd like to honour a very good friend by using her name, and her full name is Vickie.
Rivne looks and sounds pleasing; it's also close to Riva, which makes it seem familiar to English speakers.
