Pretty name, but the meaning is a bit of a downside. From what I gather, it's a pretty obvious/right there meaning and even though it's not a bad meaning (outside of the whole patriarchal aspect), I have a friend with the name and as teenagers she was teased pretty ruthlessly (mostly) by her siblings about it. I'm not so sure I'd want to go through life with a name that quite literally means "virgin", but that's more of a cultural thing.
