Help[Facts] Yukihisa Miyanaga
Found in an English langauge book from the 80's. I don't know if they followed the Japanese surname/forename order, or if they used the western order. Can someone tell me which one is surname and which one is forename?

Yukihisa is a forename and Miyanaga is a last name. The full name is written in the western order. Check this:
