I encountered the last name Niyozqulov. I know it's Central Asian, but I don't know which specific culture from Central Asia. Does anyone know? If it helps, the first name was Azamat.

I believe it's Uzbek. It comes from the name Niyozqul, which the Uzbek Ministry of Justice lists in its dictionary of names:
