Does Ivanna (diminutive: Iva) and Iryna (diminutive: Ira) as sibling names sound good?

Yes, I like them. I like the similarity of them. I'd have liked having a name that was similar to my sister's but not too similar, like so.

I love both Ivanna and Iryna. Not so sure they are best as a sibling set though.

Definitely too similar. You ideally want different initials at the start of siblings names.
No, too similar and i don't like they start with the same initial
