I might like Alexa better than Alexia, not sure. Both of them are pretty, but not to my taste. I think the simplicity of Alex is better. Lexie sounds kind of childish to me, but it's logical as a nickname. I think Lex is cooler, though.

I know a really nice woman (Greek mother) named Alexia so I’m prejudiced. I think it’s also the name of a Dutch princess so it has royal roots as well. I think the name Alexia is a perfect mix of feminine and strong.

It's okay. Nothing I'd personally use but there's nothing wrong with it. A bit spunky and I can see someone with a bit of attitude with the name. I've only met one, a child.

It is a medical condition. Still sounds pretty though.

I've just learnt this is also a medical condition. Still, I've always liked the name since I had first encountered it, it's pretty and modern without being exaggerated.

I much prefer Alexa; that extra -i- does nothing useful and causes pronunciation problems. OK, if Alexandra gives us Alexa, then Alexandria would quite naturally give us Alexia, but I don't enjoy geographical names.

I loveee Alexia! Way better than Alexis. I prefer Alexandra, though.

it's okay, but I much prefer Alexis. Alexia doesn't slide off the tongue quite as easily.
