[Opinions] Re: Amos

I wish I could like this name; it's just my style. Old fashioned, dorky, rural, associated with cookies....
But unfortunately, I grew up hearing stories about an infamous uncle Amos (my great-grandma's uncle) who was a truly awful person. I came across an account of my great-grandma's sister's life she wrote before she died, and it included even MORE deplorable acts by Amos, which has solidified my dislike for the name.
