[Opinions] Andromache
I've long loved ancient, dramatic Andromache. The literary figure is admirable and complex, and the name's meaning greatly appeals to me. What do you think? Cute nicknames include Andie and Kiki. Some combos:Andromache Cecilia

It's one of the few Greek names I prefer anglicised (another one is Electra). Still, I don't like it very much, though the combo Andromache Sibyl is kinda badass. I've met several and the most common (actually the only) nickname in greek is Mache, "ch" pron. as "h".
I like it a lot. It's very neat. I don't find it super frilly... I think it's less frilly than Andromeda for example (although it lacks the cool space meaning), from the meaning and the more uncommon combination of sounds in English I think it seems quite 'tough'. Maybe it's the 'Mac' sound in it too, or the possibility for a 'Mac' nickname, I always find that quite tough and rugged sounding.I like:Andromache Sibylla
Andromache Odette
Andromache Violet
Andromache Delphine
I do adore its frilliness, but not the pronunciation. I'm not very fond of it, but it's a fine name. As for nicknames, I like Andie as well, and there's also Annie, Romy and Rocky. From your combos, I like:Andromache Cecilia

How are you pronouncing this? I like Renata, Leonora, Harriet of your list.
Roughly: “ann-JRA-muh-kee”
Oh, okay. I was pronouncing it "ann-drama-ka" which I prefer. It's pretty.
There's a supreme court jurist here in Canada named Andromache, I was so excited to see the name on a real person! I like Andromache. It's the "Mack" part, I think - it has such pizzazz and chutzpah. I might use Mac as a nickname myself. Andromache Odette is great. I also love the sentiment behind Andromache Amy, and the names look really good together. Andromache Leonora also works well.
Oh wow! Is the jurist Greek?Mac(k) is such a good nickname.
They are! Andromache Karakatsanis.
That must be the greekest name I've ever heard, puts my own to shame.
