A felony is a serious crime that is punishable by a heavy sentence, such as more than a year in prison, or the death penalty. The word "felony" comes from the Middle English word felonie, which comes from Anglo-French and Old French. I hardly think of it as an appropriate name for a human being.

Thank you! I still can see a little girl being named Felony! But I get where your coming from. But each to their own. But it will always be a Guilty Pleasure name for me!
