Message: "Ches" - Behind the Name

Watching a tv series from the early 2000s and one of the smaller characters is known as Ches pronounced Chez. I assumed it was short for Chesney but it turns out that it is short for Chester.

For me it’s just another place name first name but WDYT?

I like Chester a lot, and Ches is cute. I prefer Chet, but Ches is all right.

I think that the name Chester is very handsome and classy, but I'm not a fan of Chesney.
