I want to like Starla and Twyla, but I dislike them both quite a bit.
Starla is my own name. My mother thinks she may have heard it on TV but can't remember where. It could be a lot worse.
It could be Twyla. I hate the name Twyla. It sounds like some big fat redneck woman with bad teeth monopolizing the buffet at Golden Corral and getting into public fistfights.

I LOVE Twyla/Twila! I also enjoy Starla, but not as much.
There was a girl in my school who had a sister called Twila, and I remember thinking they had SUCH cool names. Kezia and Twila. It was an incredible find back then. Twyla gives me some youthful nostalgia, I like it a lot.
Starla is really fun. It's iridescent in a perfectly loud, American way, which gives it a kind of iconic energy.

Don't really like either
I feel mild repulsion. They both look made-up.
