I can relate. When I had a pregnant Sim I immediately started thinking combos, lol. But I used just FN since all my adult Sims have just one name so FN + MN would look weird.
Lilia, Imogen and August sound vintage/trendy; Blaire is more modern/dated but Ottilie works perfect IMO. Soleil fits but doesn't have the vintage vibe of the sibset. Other names I can think of are Rosalie, Genevieve, Violet, Daisy, Florence, Evelyn, Bridget for a girl and Silas, Arthur, Rupert, Theo, Miles, Tobias, Benjamin for a boy.
Middle name ideas: Helen, Lucy, Claire, Elio, Stellan, Taliesin.
