I love both the Sophia/Sofia spelling equally. Isabelle is lovely and Lily-Marie is also very nice. Here is my order of preference.

To be honest, I would be thrilled to have a daughter with any of these names.
On a different note, please stick to one posting name. There was a recent post mentioning this. BtN isn’t exclusively for expecting parents. I know previous posters asked you to do this. If this a real pregnancy, I'm sorry.
