I've never met a Wanda even close to my own age, though I'm sure there are some. It's the name of one of my aunts, and it suits her. She's a gregarious, sociable, and very funny lady. Wanda has that sort of comical feel to it these days.
I don't think it'll come back into style anytime soon, if at all.
