Too close to Truant, probably other words too, and True is a silly nn.

I don't see the appeal, and I don't like True as a name at all.

All I can think of is the Chick Fil A founder Truett Cathey. It’s a name that is too associated with a person to be used by others. I did know another person with the name but he spelled it Truitt.
