I like it for the Exorcist connection. Regan always felt like a smart, competent name to me. I say it like ray-gin and can't seem to break myself of the habit.

Like it far better than the more common lnfn Reagan. Very Shakesperian.

I can't help but associate it with the possessed girl from The Exorcist, but by no means this name is terrible. I like that it's both a literary name and modern-sounding. I prefer REE-gan as the pronunciation.

I feel like that pronunciation seems British.

And it seems surnamey. It's less politically fraught than "ray-gin", less boring than Riley, less cute than Teagan. I don't have strong feelings about it.

It's OK. Better than Goneril; not quite as good as Cordelia.

It's too associated with the kid from the Exorcist for me.
