I think both names are lovely, but they are quite different to me. Eve I find so simple, yet really beautiful. If you’re worried about it being too biblical, then maybe Eva, Evelyn, Everly or Evelina might suit you better?
Ivy does have the poison Ivy connection, sure and the IV thing, but I think most people will think of the plant.
