Jowena was the name of the writer of an article in today’s newspaper. I am guessing it’s a female name as it reminds me of Joanna and Jowita. WDYT?
I think you would be spelling it out a lot due to its similarity with more familiar names but I like it.

Not a fan
I can see why someone must have thought it was a good idea! Presumably honouring two relatives in one go. If it weren't for Rowena, which I've always loved and would gladly use, I might like it better.
I dislike it, it's too artificial. I prefer Rowena and Jovina.
Don't really like it
My first thought was actually Rowena. I still prefer Rowena, but I enjoy Jowena as well.
