I've seen Scarlett Raine (various spellings) several times and I don't get it. What are they thinking? Do they think at all? A rain of blood is what comes to mind.

I like both on their own, but not together
I always imagine that the parents think it sounds gothic and heavy metal cool, but it definitely just sounds like secret code for a period.
