My thoughts would be Wuthering Heights and Cathy from the comic strip.
After that? I'd be meh about it. I know so many Kathys (plus it's the name of my MIL) that it's still overused to me.
I do remember in the late 1990s a bunch of people naming their daughter Katherine with the nn Katie. I always wanted to use Katherine, unfortunately it's the name of my SIL. I'd probably have called her K/Kay, though.
