Netta - nickname only; then she'd have some choice
Cloe - I always feel sorry for people whose names are spelling errors. Chloe is lovely; Cloe is nothing at all.
Charlotte - not a name I've ever liked; I prefer Charlene
Millicent - all the vowels sound the same; I prefer Mildred
Isabell - another spelling error. She'd spend her whole life explaining, correcting people, doing it again ... I do love Isobel.
Georgia - too geographical' I far prefer Georgina
Angelina - unpleasing rhythm; Angela works better
Agatha - is lovely; Aggie isn't
Lotta - nickname only; then she'd have some choice
Ottilie - delightful for people who can carry it off; needs an ordinary mn to fall back on if necessary

I like Chloe, Charlotte, Isabelle or Isabel, Angelina

Most of these are not my thing. I only like Charlotte, Millicent, and Angelina.

Netta - Ok but prefer a full name
Cloe - Chloe or bust
Charlotte - classy & elegant
Millicent - a blend of million and innocent. What's not to love?
Isabell - this spelling I've seen as a surname. I prefer the other spellings especially the Scottish Isobel.
Georgia - ok but I prefer the other Georges like Georgiana and Georgina. Those two don't make me think of places.
Angelina - strongly associated with Ms Jolie. I prefer Angeline.
Agatha - I may be in the minority but I think this name has a lot of character. To me, it's as British as Paddington Bear.
Lotta - see Netta
Ottilie - one of my favourite German girl names.
