I think Gemma is cute. I think I've already met a Gemma Rose, so I'd say this is a pretty average name. My one critique is I don't think Rose fully matches the vibe of Gemma, which to me seems more cutesy, and Rose more mature and graceful, though they're both pretty. Overall the name is nice, not too remarkable in my opinion, but a good name for a girl.
