I love this name. I really like the spelling. It's better than Ciaran but I like both.
I knew a young Ciaran. He was a young boy of about 10 years old. A kind, artistic and sensitive boy who I think had a difficult time at home.
Tall, dark, skinny, smokes weed. Quiet, polite, boring.
For me, the image that Kieran portrays is that of a dark, handsome, friendly boy-next-door who is of Irish heritage.
The name makes me think of Irish actor Ciarán Hinds.
