With the exception of Abbi, Alexander, Chris, Heidi, Jeffrey, Melissa, Mike, Samantha, Will, this list has a 1930s to 1950s feel.

Abbi-I have a friend Abigail who uses this spelling. I like it more than Abby.
Alexander-I don’t have any strong opinions
Betsy-Not a favorite, not bad
Billy-Cute for a little boy named William
Butch/Lauren-Butch is a cool nn, I like Lauren
